Friday, October 7:
8pm: Please join us for a campfire, s'mores, and a cash bar (please RSVP to Kate by September 16).
Saturday, October 8:
3:30pm: Shuttle departs Best Western for the Red Clover Inn.
3:30pm: Please join us for lawn games, lemonade, and pre-ceremony merriment.
4:00pm: Wedding Ceremony!
4:30pm: Cocktails, dinner, and dancing!
9:30pm - 11:30pm: Shuttles depart for the Best Western every half hour.
Sunday, October 9:
8am - 10am: Please join us for breakfast, served from 8am - 10am (please RSVP to Kate by September 16).
ATTIRE
Guests are invited to wear casual party attire (think informal dresses and button down shirts). Above all, we want you to be comfortable while you celebrate with us! Keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding on bumpy lawn, so choose footwear accordingly.
Vermont tends to be a bit cool in the fall, especially in the evenings, so a wrap or sweater is a good idea as well.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
There is plenty of parking at the Red Clover. On Saturday, we will have a shuttle from the Best Western in Killington to the Red Clover Inn, departing in plenty of time for the ceremony and returning at various times at the end of the reception. Please indicate if you will use it on your RSVP card so that we can plan accordingly.
